As of October 1, 2021 I have officially sold my yoga studio, Sift Yoga. If you have questions about SIFT YOGA, I encourage you to visit their website. I now am a Regulation Room PA at JHC in Newburgh, Indiana. I teach yoga and mindfulness to the kids I work with there and do private events.

I am a former middle school teacher and certified youth yoga instructor with a passion for Yoga. I was certified to teach kids yoga and adult yoga in 2014. I am a Experienced Register Yoga Teacher, Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher, and a Yoga Alliance Certified Education Provider.

Through teacher trainings and Yoga related products my goal is to give kids from all walks of life a chance to learn how to breathe, move, and relax.

Youth Yoga school offers adult training opportunities for those interested in adding Yoga and Mindfulness to youth in their lives We offer a variety of options available in-person and online. In addition to AUTHOR VISITS, my next project is to develop a version of “My Space to Be” that is specific to classroom teachers and offers printable versions of the activities.
